How long until my order is shipped?

We process and ship all orders within 3-4 business days of purchase. For transit time, it all depends upon your shipping method. Our shopping cart will display estimated time in transit, based on your shipping rate and carrier. This time is subject to change due to the nature of shipping, heavy order volumes and holidays.

Our warehouse team takes a much-deserved break on weekends and national holidays, so orders placed on those days will ship the following business day.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is packaged and dispatched, you will receive an email notification that will include relevant tracking information and estimated delivery date. Please allow up to 24 hours from when you receive your tracking number for activity to update.

Can I cancel or change an order after I have placed it?

Our team moves quickly to get your order processed, which means we aren’t able to make any changes to an order once it’s been placed. Please email us at customercare@qeepupnation.com. If the item has not yet been dispatched, we can cancel the order. If the item has shipped, you will have to follow our return process once the order is received.

    What is the policy on returns?

    For our return policy and exchange information, please view our Shipping & Returns information. 



    Do you offer exchanges?

    We will gladly exchange any unworn item(s) within 14 days. If you are in need of a different size, color, or item, simply email customercare@qeepupnation.com for instructions. 
    Items must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed and in their original packaging.

    How do I pre-order an item?

    We offer certain in-demand and new arrival items for preorder. If you order both preorder and in-stock items in a single order, your order will ship once the pre-order item(s) becomes available. 

    Unfortunately, promo codes are not applicable to preorder items. You may still use a promo code on an order that includes a preorder item, although it will only be applied to in-stock items.

    If you would like to cancel your preorder item, please contact customer care at customercare@qeepupnation.com. If the item has not yet shipped out, we will accommodate your request.

    Do you ship internationally?


    We are now offering select international shipping!

    All international customers are liable for shipping charges, duties, and taxes based on their country of residence. If the item(s) is returned, these charges will not be refunded.

    Return shipping charges will be deducted from the refunded amount. A shipping label can be provided.

    We are not offering exchanges on international orders at this time.

    Do you cover international shipping duties?


    Qeep Up™ does not cover international shipping charges, duties, or taxes.

    Our shopping cart will display best shipping options based on value, time in transit, and expense. Some of these options may be DDP and include duties & taxes. This is subject by country. If the order ships Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU), duties and taxes will not be included at checkout. Once the order lands in the destination country, payment of taxes and duties may be required to release the order from customs.

    Are VAT and duties refundable in the event of a return?

    Unfortunately, if you choose to return items, QEEP UP™ is not responsible for refunding VAT and duties. You may be able to contact the shipping provider to receive a refund of these duties, at your own discretion.

    Will you reorder sold out styles?

    Many of our styles are core items that we update in new colors and prints, while continuing to offer base colors. If there is an item (s) you are interested in, please email us at customercare@qeepupnation.com and we may be able to provide more information.
